This Privacy Policy describes how MaloneCo Marketing ("MaloneCo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you respond to our advertisements, visit our websites — including maloneco.us and associated digital dashboards (collectively, the "Sites") — contact us, or use our products and services (the "Services"). We do not knowingly collect: precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, immigration status, genetic data, biometric data, health information, or information about children under 16.

9. Call Recording
We record sales, onboarding, and support calls for quality assurance, training, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. At the start of each call, we provide a verbal notice that the call is being recorded. By continuing the call after this notice, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us at the start of the call.
Recordings are stored securely, accessible only to authorized personnel and service providers, and retained per Section 10.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Customer Account Records: Retained while the account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Marketing Leads: Retained until you request deletion or opt out.
Billing and Tax Records: Retained for at least 7 years as required by law.
Call Recordings: Retained as needed for training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.
Cookies & Analytics: Retained from session-only up to 13–26 months depending on the tool.
11. Your Privacy Rights

Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information.

13. State-Specific Disclosures
13.1 California & General State Privacy Disclosures
In the preceding 6 months, we have collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 3, disclosed information to service providers for business purposes, and shared information with advertising partners as described in
Section 7.
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
13.2 Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Oregon
Residents of these states have the right to request access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of targeted advertising. If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal our decision by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
14. Children's Privacy
The Sites and Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
15. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
